Sharp mid stomach pain?

When I eat or sometimes just randomly I will get this very sharp burning pain in my mid chest. Between my ribs and below my sternum. I will swallow lets say a piece of bread...i wait around 3 seconds and as soon as it passes that certain area in my stomach it burns like CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!! It is sooooooo annoying, and it happens whenever I eat, with every bite. It has been going on for about 4 days. I have also had a chest cold for the past week. I eat healthy and regularly and I do not smoke or drink. No recent injuries. Could you please give me advice on what might be wrong? What medicine I should take? Should I just go see a doctor possibly? Im in thoughts that it might be an stomach ulcer and i should go get a barium swallow. What do you think?
