How to remove aluminum and barium from the body?

I am currently researching some things about the human body and and trying to find out how to detox aluminum and barium from the body. I have found some conflicting remedies online and I have also consulted my pharmacy books. I really feel this world is poisoning its population and I want to get healthy. If anybody knows what binds to and removes these harmful metals from the body, please inform and educate me. Thanks and I look forward to the advice I receive.
