Regarding ticks on my dog?

my dog is a female and I recently just noticed that she is infested with baby ticks. I always wondered why theres always baby ticks crawling in my room on the floor since I dont have a bed to sleep on. but I even checked her whole body for ticks and from the outside, it looks like shes clean with no ticks.but when I looked closely, I see a bunch of them babies, in between her toes, her armpit area her neck,all around. how do I get rid of them without having to take them out one by one?
