Im scared shitless right now...i may have tapeworm...?

For the couple of months now i've been a bit paranoiac about tapeworms because ive gained a solid 29 pounds by going to the gym and im worried that if i get infected all my hardwork will be gone and i was really skinny before that like 121 pounds . I also have a dog and i kinda stay away from him since ive read about the fleas carrying the tapeworm eggs and stuff like that but from what im aware of my dog doesnt have any fleas atleast from what i see and hes pretty overweight which comes to my conclusion that im good on that side.I never eat undercooked meat I always ask for well done , and since that paranoia with tapeworms ive been looking for tapeworm eggs in my stool , i usually dont see anything until today i looked closely and saw two rice looking things and i took the small hairgrip and took it out to see closely , it was thick a bit thicker than a rice grain id say, the tip was black but like only a small spot,was that a tapeworm egg? and know im really worried that i have this **** growing inside me and if anything i dont remember swallowing a flea,eating undercooked meat or fish, or drinking dirty water that may have been infested with tapeworms....
