My dog is sick and I am really worried?

Over the course of three days, my 1 year old toy poodle has been vomiting,won't eat, and he hasn't pooped either. We took him to a vet today and they had an x-ray done and said that his stomach is full and there is probably something cloth inside that wont digest. They wanted to inject him with barium and moniter him overnight, and if the object didn't move, they wanted to operate. The things is, that we don't have $1,200 right now. Im getting so freaked out, because we took him home and he still hasn't eaten anything. & he drank some water, but he just threw it back up and it had cloth particles in it. I just don't know what he couldve eaten. His mouth is small and he doesnt try to eat any kinds of cloth. Right now we are trying to ask family members to lend us money. Please help!
