What to use on wood-floors when killing fleas?

Had a friends cat over a few weeks ago and now my home is infested with fleas. Ive used flea bombs and carpet powder with nylar but was curious on what to use on wood floors? would bleach work? Also what is the best flea spray to purchase for carpets and fabrics?
