Giving kitties Capstar?

I found a bunch of baby kittens the week of May 13. I came home from a mini-vacation a couple of days ago and found they are INFESTED with fleas. I ordered them Capstar and found out that they need to be like, 8 weeks and over 2pounds. I am not 100% sure of their age, but they were about 3 weeks when we found them (only had to bottle feed for 3 weeks), so they are atleast 8 weeks, and all weigh 2 or more pounds. (We tore down a garage and the mom/dad never came back for them, so I have been takingcare of them. They were staying in there. So I'm wondering if it is safe to give it to them.) I know I should do a Dawn bath, but I really really don't like to give cats baths.
