Do l have to pay for an exterminator or my landord?

Ask some friend to help out to pay for both or ask the landlord he or she will probaly understand if you can't pay because the apartment is infested with ugly mice lol ask if they can just push back the Payment and then ask for some money from friends or your parents and stuff but whatever iu do pay for taut exterminator
