Why does no one ever mention the effect of Chem trails on organic food?

Since documentation on Chem trails has been going on well over ten years and Barium and Aluminum levels have been measured in isolated locations throughout the world. Would that not imply that any food grown outdoors is not, nay could not be organic unless it was grown in a greenhouse?
