What is the name of this movie?

Its taken place in London and this man wakes up from a coma and the hospital is deserted and so is the rest of London. So he walks around and there are lots of cars that are turned over and crashed and blood. So he wonders into this church and all of a sudden a priest comes out looking all zombie and he is coming after him, so he hits him in the head and the zombie priest goes down. It's a zombie movie for shore, so if you have any clue what this movie is called please tell me. Oh yeah, and I think he meets other survivers and they drive a into a tunnel, which is a really stupid thing to do in a zombie infested city, and their car pops a tire so they try to fix it and a bunch of zombies are running after them.
