What Can I Do To Remove Fleas From My Dog And House?

I got A Small Hairy Dog That Got Fleas Somehow From Another Dog or Somewhere. He Brought Them Into The Garage And Infested The Garage. We Dont Keep Him In da Garage So I Doubt He gets them from there. They Spreaded And Their Is A Small Amount of Fleas Around The House But Not To Many. We Dont Use The Garage To Much, But We Have Sprayed Foggers and Flea Spray In Da Garage and Around The House But Their Still Here. My Dog Now Has Alot Of Fleas That Just Dont Take Off. We Showered Him With Flea soap, Sprayed Him With Flea Spray, Put a Flea Collar and their still on him pretty bad. What Can I Do To remove The Fleas From The Garage and From Him? Also What Can I Do To Prevent This From Happeing? Please Help! (How Much Will It Cost At Petsmart For A Flea bath?)
