Roach infested home...help!?

I was renting a house from this lady n we moved due to da infestation of roaches...is there a number that I can call to reprt that problem? not even the exterminator,raid or anyhting else helps n the owner doesnt do anything bout it jxt keeps renting it dat way...disgusting,it is soo bad we only lived there for about a month and a half.
