My house is infested with stink bugs how do i kill them?

its the middle of the night and there are stink bugs everywhere im freakin scared im only 12 and my parents are sleeping. i cant make any noise and if i wake them up they wont do anything. one is hiding behind my curtain and im freaking out because if i go to sleep it will do something to me. i sprayed 1 with lysol but now i cant find. there is also another 1 in my room. PLEASE HELP!!!
