MY HAIR ! , need tips about growth and repair !?

my hair got in terrible condition at the beginning of this year, it used to be down to my boobs but then i had to cut it off into a bob. i have very curly hair as i have a black background. it has already grown down to my shoulders just about within 2-3 months, how long would it take to grow down to my boobs again ? and are there any tips to make it grow faster or keep it in good condition ?! such an idiot, thankyou x
